A meal commissioned by Delfina Foundation for the launch of their publication The Politics of Food. A Meal Over 6 Landscapes was a poetic journey following the now defunct Folkestone Harbour trainline from a rural landscape, through suburbia, into a post-industrial harbour town and out to a mythical seascape. The train connected to the ferry and the Orient Express – a dream line from the Kent countryside across the sea. The menu similarly connects through dreamscapes and collective imaginaries.
